Drug Prevention Community Survey

Tuesday, December 6, 2016

The Jay County Drug Prevention Coalition (JCDPC) and Indiana University Prevention Resource Center (IPRC) is teaming up to assist our community!

We want and need your input regarding youth priority issues related to substance abuse and community coalitions.  Questions on substance abuse is related to prescription abuse (opiate, adderall, societal trends leading to illegal substance use such as  Heroin, etc.), marijuana, tobacco and alcohol.

  • The mission JCDPC’s is to reduce the illegal use and abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs in Jay County through education, enforcement, treatment, prevention and coordination with other agencies.  The JCDPC shall support, advocate, and promote legal, state and national efforts to prevent and reduce harmful effects of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use.

  • IPRC’s mission is "Strengthening a behavioral health system that promotes prevention, treatment, and recovery." We work to bring together research and practice and thereby better ensure that Indiana's residents receive state of the art prevention technology. Our vision is to promote and sustain healthy environments and behaviors across the lifespan.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes!
