Jay County Hospital Foundation
The Jay County Hospital Foundation was established in 1990 as an advocate for the Hospital and to support its services. The Foundation represents the community served by the Hospital. It helps people make a personal connection to the Hospital's efforts to address community needs for quality healthcare in an ever-expanding field of medical technology and practice.
The JCH Foundation relies on the community for sustaining financial support. This support may be given by donating to our annual campaign, making a donation in memory of a loved one or to mark a special event. Other ways to give includes gifts of appreciated stocks and bonds, personal property, life insurance policies, real estate, bequests, and gift annuities. All of these type of donations are invaluable to the long-term success of the JCH Foundation in assisting the hospital in meeting the healthcare needs of the community.
The JCH Foundation also helps to provide educational opportunities by awarding scholarships each year to local high school seniors pursuing a career in healthcare. The proceeds from our annual golf tournament fund the scholarship program and over $130,000 has been awarded to area students.
