Select	Department	Postition/Title	Scheduled Hours/Days	Minimum Requirements
1.	Obstetrics	RN	PT 24 hrs/wk 7pm - 7am	RN with current Indiana license. ACLS, PALS, NALS - OB experience, mother/baby experience.
2.	Laboratory	Phlebotomist	PRN - As needed for vacations and illness	High school diploma or GED. Secretarial,courier, computer skills and phone skills preferred. Phlebotomy experience required.
3.	Environmental Services	Housekeeper	PRN - As needed for vacations and illness	High school diploma or GED. Housekeeping experience preferred. Flexibility to be scheduled on different shifts.
4.	Fiscal Services	Outpatient Precert/Charge Entry	FT 40 hrs/wk 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday	High School diploma or GED. Accurate keyboarding skills required. Understanding of medical insurance and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
5.	LifeBridge	RN	FT 36 hrs/wk 7:00am - 7:30pm Weekend Rotation	RN with current Indiana license. ACLS,BLS,required upon employment.
6.	Environmental Services	Flooring Specialist	FT 40 hrs/wk 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday -Thursday	Experience in wax removal and carpet care preferred. Self-motivated, energetic and able to work independently without supervision.
