Many patients prefer our Infusion Suite because it offers:

  • Easy-to-schedule outpatient appointments
  • Semi-private rooms equipped with phones, recliners and televisions
  • A comfortable, medically safe atmosphere
  • A team of nurses and pharmacists that oversee your care

  • Access Device Maintenance
  • Blood Transfusions
  • Drug Infusions

                  Other infusions as necessary

  • Injections

                  Vitamin B12
                  Other meds as necessary
  • IV Fluids/Hydration
  • Lab Work Requiring Drug Administration
  • Arranging a Patient Visit - The Referral Process

Therapy orders for the above infusion services are faxed to us at 260-726-1983 by the patient's physician, along with the patient's demographics, insurance information, recent history and physical information.  Insurance verification and verification of specific infusion coverage will automatically be performed by our staff.  Once approved, our staff will notify the referring physician and contact the patient to set up the appointment.  If you have questions about the referral procedure, you may contact our staff directly by calling 260.726.7131, ext 1025.
